YUKO SHRUS-4 CV Joint Grease NLGI 2 (400g) Universal High-Performance Lubrication for Drivetrain Protection

The YUKO SHRUS-4 CV Joint Grease NLGI 2 (400g) is a high-quality, specialized lubricant designed for the protection and smooth operation of constant velocity (CV) joints and other heavily loaded automotive components. Manufactured under strict quality standards, this grease is formulated to deliver excellent performance under high pressure, extreme temperatures, and demanding driving conditions. It is suitable for a wide range of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and 44 applications where reliable drivetrain lubrication is essential.

CV joints are critical components in a vehicles drivetrain system, allowing power to be transmitted smoothly from the transmission to the wheels while accommodating steering movement and suspension travel. Because these joints operate under constant motion, high pressure, and varying angles, they require a specialized grease that can maintain its properties under stress. The SHRUS-4 grease is specifically engineered for this purpose, ensuring long-lasting protection and optimal joint performance.

One of the key features of YUKO SHRUS-4 grease is its NLGI 2 consistency grade. This means the grease has a balanced texture that is neither too thick nor too soft, allowing it to stay in place while still providing effective lubrication. This consistency ensures that the grease adheres well to metal surfaces inside the CV joint, forming a protective layer that reduces friction and wear between moving parts.

The grease is formulated with high-quality base oils and advanced additives that enhance its performance under extreme conditions. It provides excellent resistance to water washout, ensuring that it remains effective even when exposed to moisture, mud, or wet road conditions. This makes it particularly suitable for vehicles operating in challenging environments such as off-road terrains, construction sites, or regions with heavy rainfall.

Another important feature of SHRUS-4 grease is its ability to withstand high mechanical loads. CV joints are subjected to continuous stress, especially during acceleration, cornering, and uneven road driving. This grease maintains its stability under pressure, preventing breakdown of the lubricant film and ensuring consistent protection of metal surfaces. This helps reduce wear and extends the service life of the CV joints.

Thermal stability is also a key advantage of this product. During operation, CV joints can generate significant heat due to friction and movement. The YUKO SHRUS-4 grease is designed to resist high temperatures without melting, thinning, or losing its lubricating properties. This ensures reliable performance even during long-distance driving or under heavy load conditions.

Wear protection is one of the most important functions of this grease. It contains anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP) additives that create a protective barrier between metal surfaces. This minimizes direct contact, reducing friction and preventing premature damage. As a result, the CV joints operate more smoothly, quietly, and efficiently.

The grease also offers excellent anti-corrosion properties. Metal components inside the CV joint are constantly exposed to moisture and oxygen, which can lead to rust and corrosion over time. SHRUS-4 grease forms a protective coating that prevents corrosion, ensuring the longevity and reliability of drivetrain components.

One of the major benefits of using this grease is its universal application. It is suitable for a wide range of vehicles that require high-performance CV joint lubrication. Whether used in front-wheel-drive cars, all-wheel-drive vehicles, or 44 systems, it provides consistent and dependable lubrication performance. This makes it a versatile choice for workshops, mechanics, and individual vehicle owners.

The 400g packaging is convenient and practical for both professional and personal use. It provides sufficient quantity for multiple CV joint applications while remaining easy to store and handle. The packaging is designed to ensure clean application and minimal waste during servicing.

Regular maintenance and proper lubrication of CV joints are essential for preventing costly repairs and ensuring smooth vehicle operation. Without adequate grease, CV joints can wear out quickly, leading to vibrations, noise, and potential drivetrain failure. Using a high-quality product like YUKO SHRUS-4 helps prevent these issues and ensures long-term reliability.
