Product Highlights
- Size #52, Effective Range: 2-13/16" - 3-3/4" (71mm - 95mm)
- The spring-loaded mechanism automatically adjusts tension to compensate for expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations or pressure fluctuations.
- Maintains consistent and evenly distributed clamping force, minimizing the risk of leaks and ensuring a reliable seal.
- Suitable for various hose sizes and types, including rubber, silicone, and thermoplastic hoses, making them versatile for a wide range of applications.
- Band is constructed from 304 stainless steel to withstand the rigors of continuous use, providing long-lasting performance and reliability.
- Rolled edges and smooth one piece liner prevents damage to soft hoses.

Features and Benefits
HPS Constant Tension Clamps Size #52 with Effective Range 2-13/16" - 3-3/4" (71mm - 95mm) are designed to accommodate fluctuations in temperature and pressure. These constant torque clamps feature a series of Belleville spring washers that automatically adjust the clamping force to maintain a consistent tension on the hose, preventing leaks, slippage, and damage over time. With the band made from 304 stainless steel and the springs and screw made from 410 stainless steel, these hose clamps are resistant to corrosion and can withstand harsh environmental conditions. They are widely used in automotive, industrial, and plumbing applications where reliable hose connections are essential.

Constant tension clamps have a wide variety of applications due to their unique ability to automatically adjust to changing conditions. Here's a breakdown of their common uses:
Automotive
Radiator and Heater Hoses - They provide a secure seal even with temperature fluctuations in the engine's cooling system.
Turbocharger Hoses - Maintain a strong seal under the pressure and heat variations in turbocharged engines.
Fuel Lines - Ensure a leak-free connection in fuel systems.

Industrial
Pump and Filtration Systems - Offer consistent pressure in lines subject to temperature changes.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems - Prevent leaks in systems with fluctuating pressures and vibrations.
Machinery and Equipment - Secure hoses on machinery that experience vibrations and temperature variations.

Other Applications
Marine - Used on boat engines and other marine systems exposed to water and harsh weather.
Appliances - Found in dishwashers, washing machines, and other appliances with fluctuating water temperatures.
HVAC Systems - Provide reliable seals in air ducts and ventilation systems.
