Upgrade your 2nd Gen TLX Type S performance and durability with the HPS Performance blue Cold Side and Hot Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit (part number 17-164BL). This essential direct-replacement upgrade completely replaces the restrictive and failure-prone stock rubber charge hoses. The kit features a 3" mandrel-bent cold side tube constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant 6061 aluminum, engineered for optimal airflow and minimal turbulence, translating directly into better power delivery. Installation is secured with high-pressure, high-temperature resistant 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers and robust 100% stainless steel embossed hose clamps, ensuring a leak-free seal under boost. Complementing the cold side is the 2-3/8" custom hot side hose, crafted from premium, high-temperature resistant 4-ply reinforced silicone.
